What is OTA?
Operation Turn Around (OTA) is a grassroots 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to provide creative solutions for issues affecting underserved and disenfranchised communities. We design tools and support necessary to overcome these issues through a number of programs and initiatives.
About Us
OTA consists of volunteers, professionals, students and concerned members of the community driven by the need to bring about positive change. Our programs include an array of culturally diverse educational opportunities, neighborhood revitalization projects, community events, youth empowerment and reentry programs. We have introduced hundreds to the power and voice afforded plays on Broadway and conducted several financial literacy and development workshops.
OTA seeks to build a community of leaders, sharing energy, ideas and respect with the next generation.
